Helper Policy
At AG In-Stock Cabinets, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following requirements carefully before your scheduled delivery date.
Qualified Helper Requirement
A qualified adult helper must be present at the time of delivery to assist with unloading. This is required for the safety of both our delivery team and the customer.
The following individuals do not qualify as a helper:
- Elderly individuals
- Pregnant individuals
- Minors (under 18 years old)
- Anyone physically unable to safely lift heavy materials
Helper Fee
If a qualified helper is not available at the time of delivery, a $99 helper fee will be charged to cover the additional assistance required by our team.
Wait Time Fee
Our delivery team's time is valuable. If there are delays upon arrival, the following wait time fee applies:
$25 per every 15 minutes of wait time.
Delivery Rescheduling
AG In-Stock Cabinets reserves the right to reschedule the delivery if proper assistance is unavailable at the time of the scheduled delivery. Rescheduling may result in additional delivery fees.
